INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tsp. dried cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (11 oz.) can corn with red & green peppers, drained
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Mix first 6 ingredients. Garnish with cilantro. Hmmm what a tasty corn salad with cilantro... nice ! Enjoy it !
