FIESTA CORN SALAD
Try this nice corn salad recipe........great !
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. chopped fresh tomato
- 1 c. chopped peeled cucumber
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. diced green or sweet red pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
First of all combine all ingredients. And then chill several hours before serving...and the corn salad is ready to serve...nice and tasty for fiesta !
