TEXAS CORN BREAD SALAD

CORN SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
  • First of all cook corn bread, crumble in bowl.
  • Next is to add salad dressing or mayonnaise - enough to moisten.
  • And then add diced tomatoes, fresh green onions (chopped), salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook bacon and drain well.
  • Crumble into corn bread mixture.
  • Serve on lettuce leaf.
  • Taste just like bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich
