INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 oz.) box corn bread mix Cook as directed. When cooked, cool and crumble.
- 1 sm. onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 can (drained) whole kernel corn
- 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 2 c. cooked ham (cubed)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. buttermilk salad dressing
Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 2 hours for flavors to blend. The corn salad recipe is ready to serve....Enjoy it !
