SPICY CORN SALAD RECIPE

Corn Salad Recipe INGREDIENTS

• 1 lg. can of Golden Sweet Corn
• 1/4 c. chopped onions
• 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
• 1/4 c. diced cheddar cheese
• 1/4 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1 fresh squeezed lime (lg. lime)
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

Corn Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to corn. Chill at least 30 minutes. Garnish with avocado...and the corn salad recipe is ready to serve as a side salad...nice ! Enjoy the salad !
