GREEN BEAN AND CORN SALAD RECIPE
A nice corn salad recipe to try !

Corn Salad Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans
  • 1 c. cooked corn kernels
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 pimiento, cut in thin strips
  • 1/4 c. French Dressing
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • Lettuce or other greens
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled, for garnish
Corn Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toss beans with corn, onion, celery, bell pepper and pimiento.
2. Stir together dressing and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
3. Line salad plate or bowl with lettuce, arrange salad on greens and garnish with bacon. The corn salad recipe is ready to serves 4 to 6 persons. Nice appetizer....enjoy !
