A nice corn salad recipe to try !
Corn Salad Recipe INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans
- 1 c. cooked corn kernels
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 pimiento, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 c. French Dressing
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Lettuce or other greens
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled, for garnish
1. Toss beans with corn, onion, celery, bell pepper and pimiento.
2. Stir together dressing and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
3. Line salad plate or bowl with lettuce, arrange salad on greens and garnish with bacon. The corn salad recipe is ready to serves 4 to 6 persons. Nice appetizer....enjoy !
