CORN/PEA SALAD









CORN/PEA SALAD Recipe


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can small peas
  • 1 can show peg corn
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain corn and peas. Mix with green pepper, celery, onions and pimento. Bring oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil. Pour over mixed vegetables and refrigerate a few hours before serving. The corn salad is ready to serve....enjoy it !
