INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pan cooked corn bread
- Green onions to taste
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 c. cauliflower
- 1/2 cucumber
- Radishes, optional
- 12 oz. creamy cucumber salad dressing
Crumble corn bread in large bowl. Chop and add: green onions, green pepper, tomato, cauliflower and cucumber. Mix in salad dressing. Ranch salad dressing can be used in place of creamy cucumber if desired. Place in sealed container and refrigerate until served....hmmm nice corn salad...enjoy !
