FIESTA CORN SALAD


FIESTA CORN SALAD
Try this nice corn salad recipe........great !

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. chopped fresh tomato
  • 1 c. chopped peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. diced green or sweet red pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
Corn Salad Instructions :
First of all combine all ingredients. And then chill several hours before serving...and the corn salad is ready to serve...nice and tasty for fiesta !

CORN SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
  • First of all cook corn bread, crumble in bowl.
  • Next is to add salad dressing or mayonnaise - enough to moisten.
  • And then add diced tomatoes, fresh green onions (chopped), salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook bacon and drain well.
  • Crumble into corn bread mixture.
  • Serve on lettuce leaf.
  • Taste just like bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich

MEDITERRANEAN CORN SALAD

MEDITERRANEAN CORN SALAD
..a great corn salad recipe to try !
Corn Salad Ingredients :
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced, ripe olives, drained
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped (or 2 tsp. dried basil)
  • 1 lg. tomato, seeded & cubed
DRESSING:
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
CORN SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
Cook corn according to package directions until crisp-tender. First of all rinse with cold water to cool; drain well. And then in large bowl, combine corn with remaining ingredients; blend well. Next is to pour over salad mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. The corn salad recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the salad !

CORN AND BEAN CONFETTI SALAD

CORN SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can white shoe-peg corn
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1/2 small red onion - diced small
  • 1/4 each of red, yellow and green peppers
  • 1 jar seasoned rice vinegar
CORN SALAD RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Dice all vegetables very small. Drain and rinse beans and corn. Mix together in a glass bowl; add rice vinegar. Stir and refrigerate.
This will last in the refrigerator for quite a while and still taste Crisp and wonderful!! Very simple and yummy! Enjoy the corn salad !
